REFUND POLICY
Designs by Ashton does not issue refunds once the order is produced and
the product is sent. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances
can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we do, however, honor requests for a refund in the following
limited circumstances:
1. Non-delivery of the product: Claims for non-delivery must be
submitted to us within 21 days from the order placing date.
Otherwise, the product will be considered received.
2. Major defects: The semi-precious stones used in the fabrication of
Designs by Ashton jewelry are naturally-occurring and can
occasionally contain flaws and fractures, although these seldom
cause a problem with the longevity of the jewelry item.
3. Product not-as-described: Clear evidence must be provided
within 21 days proving that the purchased product is not as it is
described on the website. Sample products are available for
evaluation purpose at www.designsbyashton.com.
Requests for a refund should be submitted to www.designsbyashton.com
within a period of 21 days after the order is completed by the artist (you
will receive a notification email).
